Business problem:
As a user, I am unable to export complete call logs in bulk due to the current row limit in Call Log export, which makes it difficult to perform large-scale analysis, reporting, and cross-check call activity efficiently.
Desired outcome:
  • Ability to export full call logs (e.g. monthly) in a single file
  • Export includes all call log fields (e.g. contact, call event, call status, channel, user, duration, timestamp)
Use cases:
  • A business exports monthly call logs for reporting and performance tracking
  • A sales team builds custom dashboards using call data in external tools
  • A manager cross-checks call activity with contacts to understand interactions
  • A team performs deeper analysis not supported within Reports
Current workaround:
  • Exporting Call Log data in batches of up to 100 records at a time
  • Applying filters manually to narrow down the Call Log before export
  • Manually combining multiple exported CSV files for analysis
  • Using APIs or external tools to extract and process call data
