Currently, sound notifications are based on incoming messages and it's the same sound regardless of whether it's a new conversation or one that was already in progress.
In order to give priority to the first answers, please implement a differentiating ejm (new conversation - new lead) sound or a different message bubble color when the conversation has just started. Thank you.
