Business Problem:
Many respond.io users need a seamless way to access CRM data within the platform to improve response times and enhance customer interactions. Without direct integration, users must manually switch between systems to retrieve essential contact information, leading to inefficiencies and potential data inconsistencies.
Platform Problem:
Currently, respond.io does not provide an integration with Airtable CRM that enables users to pull and display key contact details directly within the platform. This lack of integration disrupts workflows and increases the time required to retrieve customer insights.
Desired Outcome:
Develop a core integration with Airtable that allows for real-time retrieval and display of essential contact information within respond.io. This basic integration should include:
- Displaying Contact Details: Show key fields such as contact name, phone number, email, and customer lifecycle stage within respond.io.
- Viewing Interaction History: Provide a quick view of recent contact interactions and notes from Airtable without requiring users to leave respond.io.
