Contacts: Fix Contact duplication by email casing variations

When an email is written with different upper / lower case versions, the contact is duplicated when the email is received on the platform. It would be great if we can either:
- Have the system convert all emails to lowercase automatically.
- Have the system disregard the email address casing.

Now, email addresses are no longer case sensitive on the platform! Same email address will be recognized no matter how it’s formatted during contact imports or API updates.
Note: For consistency, email address formats have been standardized and will be stored in lowercase on respond.io.

This is so important, just end up merging people who are clearly already in the client list with the same email address.

Hi Fernando Sosa, thanks for your feedback, this is definitely something that we would want to improve on. Just want to understand further on your use case here when you say the contact is duplicated, do you mean you are able to add new contact with the same email (but different upper/lower case)?

Shi Hui: when an email is received from the same contact using the same email address but different upper/lower casing a new CONTACT ID is created, forcing to merge different versions of the same email address.
