I apologize if my previous message wasn’t clear. The issue isn’t with the transcription quality itself; when transcripts do appear, they’re accurate.
The problem is with their reliability: sometimes a transcript shows up in the conversation a few minutes after a call ends, but other times it never appears at all even after days pass. So the trigger only fires sometimes. That’s what I meant by “hit or miss.”

Thanks for clarifying.
The feature is designed such that if a call has a recording (manual or automatic) and transcription is enabled in settings, a transcript should be generated.
If no transcript appears, it’s most likely due to a technical error, which is why the transcript tab remains empty.
In those cases, please reach out to our support team so they can help investigate and debug the issue, and they will route the feedback to the relevant technology team for follow-up.
