- As a sales professional, I want automations and workflows for managing incoming and outgoing calls, so that I can ensure follow-ups are timely and data moves seamlessly across platforms, reducing administrative overhead.
- I would also like to set up automatic assignment (e.g., round robin) for incoming calls, which is essential for fair load balancing and prompt response from available agents.
