Business problem:
Customers don't know how their agents are using AI features
Desired outcome:
It would be good if customers were able to view how users are using AI features e.g AI Assist
Example of statistics:
- Which user used the AI features
- Changes in messages made by the AI vs original human message

It would be interesting if we can see where the resource is being used without having to turn to you, it's easier for us to manage if we have the information available and not have to wait for the support you provide. It took me more than 45 minutes to get support information from WA, it's unacceptable
