Problem Statement:
When a contact interacts via respond.io's voice call channel, AI Agent has no visibility into what happened on the call. If the contact continues in chat afterward, AI Agent treats it as a fresh conversation, ignoring what was already discussed on the call.
Desired Outcome:
Give AI Agent awareness of call context, so it knows what a call was about and can use that when replying — instead of starting from scratch as if the call never happened.
