Business Problem:
In the current AI Agent, there is only one objective: Answer questions. The objective is simple, but the scope is adaptable and opens multiple avenue of possibilities.
In this case, because the objectives can be subjective, it is difficult for users to configure them effectively. User struggle to set up these agents for specific tasks, despite the agents' potential to handle a wide range of subjective tasks.
Desired Outcome:
Develop an AI setup bot for users to converse with while setting up AI Agent of their choice. This AI setup bot aims to:
- Understand users' goals with AI Agent.
- Recommend objectives for the AI agent.
- Guides users in configuring the AI agent.
- Engages in detailed conversations to gather precise requirements.
- Facilitates additional use cases as needed.
This approach aims to save time, lower the entry barrier for users, and provide clear guidance during the AI agent setup process, thereby enhancing the potential applications of AI in various business contexts which additionally allow users to create their own objectives.

The Agent AI can answer questions, be able to detect configurable keywords to take a branch path. Similar to talking to a human or when you can't answer questions.
It's very useful for several use cases that require action after a query.

If the question is out of context (not pertaining to the question) then route to no match branch the same as how failure others works in the other workflows.

Hi Senior Developer 1 thanks for this. Might I suggest using the "text" type? So that the contact can provide any answer and AI can output that selection as a variable. Another suggestion is to specify a selection for "list" type questions where you can define a selection called "others" so AI can select that as the output if none others match.

Hi Wilson Tan,
Thanks for this, but we want the AI to also answer questions users have in between form questions. This way, it doesn't confuse the users and avoids making them feel like they are being forced through the form questions without getting their queries addressed. This is highly frustrating and makes users, including myself, not want to use the AI or lose trust in it.
We use our own API endpoint to handle this with HTTP. Ideally, we want to route the interactions to our endpoint so the AI can handle the questions and then return to the form.
Could you specify a rule that if a question does not pertain to the form questions, the AI should answer the query before collecting information? The AI must also keep track of the questions as it progresses through the form to identify which slots still need to be filled.
If the AI can look at the custom field variables, it will make everything work 100%, and people will love it.

To make sure we fully understand your needs, are you saying that AI Agent to handle some simple Q&A from customers apart from just asking for information from the customer?
Also, could you share a bit about how you plan to use this custom field? Is it similar to OpenAI's Custom GPT's?
