Desired Outcome
  • Enable automatic ingestion of customer attachments. AI (or system rules) should map the file to the correct lead/case and auto-save it to a designated external storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). This ensures every document is securely stored, organized, and accessible without manual intervention, supporting compliance and case continuity.
