Currently, AI Agents are not able to reply to specific messages and keep them in a thread. 
Desired Outcome
To allow AI Agents to reply to specific messages and keep them in a thread for applicable channels (e.g. WhatsApp Business Platform (API), WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram)

Live agents can now reply to specific messages. Here's a guide on how to do it: https://help.respond.io/l/en/messages/messages-overview#reply_action_menu
Please be aware that this feature is currently available for selected channels such as WhatsApp Business Platform (API), WhatsApp Cloud API, and Telegram. The unavailability in other channels is due to limitations specific to those channels.
However, for AI Agents, they are unable to reply to specific messages at the moment.
