Respondio (WhatsApp) is currently a tool that allows the leakage of information, I do not have an option to take measures to help prevent this, that is why I require the help of my provider to solve this critical issue, as it is evident that they are not very efficient in this matter and lack of timeliness in the response to critical cases.

If the contact is reaching out using WhatsApp, then the number would be visible under contact fields. I require that it not be visible in the contact fields.

Also, apart from sensitivity issue. There is also a human error in stake. Agent might accidentally deleted the contact details as the field doenst really need a save button. Once deleted (such as phone numbers) this would cause a major issue
