The existing visibility restrictions for Agents either allow access to
(1) contacts assigned to anyone in the team
(2) only contacts assigned to the user.
By adding a 3rd option
contacts assigned to user + unassigned
, companies will be able to invite agents that can go to the Unassigned Inbox and pick contacts that are waiting for a reply but would not have access to contacts assigned to other agents.Photo Viewer

I agree it's something as simple as a mailbox to fish for leads for more active users.
The round robin method is fine, as is the assignment with fewer open conversations.
But anyway, it's good that team users have their unassigned mailbox active.

I want to subscribe to your platform, The number of users I have is about 30 users, but I need this feature (adding a 3rd option contacts assigned to user + unassigned )This feature is considered a basic condition for me to subscribe to your platform, which is that the system automatically reserves the conversation for the person or user who responds first to the customer.
