You can now attach files to internal comments in the Inbox, making it easier for teams to share supporting context directly within a conversation.
What’s new
- 📎 File attachments in internal comments: Upload images, documents, audio, or videos when leaving internal notes in the Inbox.
- 👀 Better team context: Share screenshots, receipts, or reference files alongside comments to improve clarity and collaboration.
- 🗂 Centralized access: Files attached to internal comments are saved with the conversation and are visible only to your team, not to Contacts.
