Copilot is your AI assistant that knows its way around our platform. Ask it a product question, get it to build an AI Agent, or have it take you to any module — without leaving what you're working on.
What's new
- AI Agent Builder:Describe the agent you need and Copilot drafts it in full, then runs test cases against the draft so you can see how it behaves before it goes live.
- Product Q&A:Every answer comes from the respond.io Help Center, so it traces back to a real doc. When the docs don't cover your question, Copilot says so and points you to our Support Team.
- Navigation:Ask Copilot to open a module and it takes you there, based on your role and Workspace permissions.
- Files and languages:Copilot reads screenshots and file attachments, and replies in the language you write in.
- No AI Credits:Copilot is free to use and doesn't consume any of your AI Credits.
- You stay in control:Copilot can't save or publish an AI Agent. Every change is yours to review, and you clickPublishyourself.
