Business wants to provide its users the ability to cancel lessons they have booked.

The business’s users have no way to communicate to the business that they want to cancel the lesson they have booked.

Context:

The business provides educational services and sends template messages to users using API to prompt users to book lessons in a Workflow. Currently, the users can’t cancel a lesson and the business wants to give them the capability to do so using API then manage the responses using Workflow.
