CRM: Zendesk Integration

Zendesk is one of the market leaders in helpdesk software segment. The customer service and engagement platform is powerful and flexible, and can scale to meet the needs of any business.
An integration with Zendesk should create a seamless omnichannel experience for the customers and support agents. The customers can contact the company via any messaging app or social network offered as a channel to respond.io, while the message request will land in Zendesk ticketing system as a ticket which the agent will be able to process along with standard e-mail tickets.

+ Communication with customers on Zendesk centralised on Respond :)

Martin Micheron: sounds good, so to confirm you would like to:
1) create customers in Zendesk inside Respond.io automatically
2) create customers in Respond.io inside Zendesk automatilly
3) Be able to create a Zendesk ticket from Respond.io
4) See Zendesk Customer Data inside Respond.io (potentially at the right sidebar in the messages module)
