🎉 This was long-awaited — Our new version Zapier version has been released!

List of triggers:

New incoming or outgoing message
Conversation opened or closed
New contact is added
Existing contact is updated
Contact tag is updated
Contact assignee is updated
New comment is added for a Contact

List of actions

Create or update a contact

Delete a contact
Send a message
Add a comment

Receive New Message / response
Send New Message / response
New contact added
Add new contact
Create new slack or teams channel (and post to it both directions). This would allow teams to use their primary internal comms tool for external comms as well.

I totally agree with @Kyle Lawrence, please add support for actions, and move the new Developer API back to the Team plan as it was before in version 1. Give the small business with limited budgets a chance for a developer first approach - or even better a "Pay-as-you-use".

Respond.io has a Zapier integration, but currently only supports Zapier Triggers (data from respond.io to other tools).

Ideally, you would be able to send Zaps both ways.

Hi any update to this request? It's been 2 years and all we can trigger is 2 events on Respond.io and ZERO action.

Zapier is like the EASIEST To implement , and most flexible as it allows the end user to really use Repsond.io properly. pls look into this asap

Hey Brendan Yong: we are currently focused on the release of Workflows (our most requested feature) :)
But fear not, our next priority after Workflows is integrations. We will redo our Zapier integration from scratch and introduce an Integromat integration as well.
We still don't have an exact timeline.

More actions like: Add contact (You receive a woocommerce order -> zapier -> add contact to respond). So you can send message to the buyer easily without adding the contact manually. Send Message thru Channels (for whatsapp with template message). So you complete the order and buyer receive a confirmation message automatically.

you can use raw webhook as a basic workaround this in some cases (using messages and contacts api)

→
