CRM: Salesforce Integration
Salesforce is the most widely used CRM in the world and suits companies in most business segments.
An integration with Salesforce should allow your agents to work with message requests from messaging apps and social networks directly in Salesforce. The work process with the omnichannel message requests is the same as with standard Salesforce cases.
When will this be complete? It should be used somehow with slack in Salesforce really.

If not Salesforce integration natively - at least allow Zapier the ability to trigger an event from a conversation that has been marked done. We could then push into Salesforce as a custom record.
Can we pls get access to this feature? We really need it as important customer information is living in a different system to where our sales and services teams work (Salesforce).
