For our customers, it is very important, not only to see the connection status of their users or agents, but also to have information such as:
- Time of registration
- Check out time
- Online Time
- Busy Time
Having this information will allow our customers to have visibility of the time their agents or users are actually working. Currently most users are not in an office or call, but working from home and a supervisor or manager could not be constantly validating the online permanence of their team. No graph or report would be needed, it could just be a CSV.
