When there are too many messages coming in, sometimes it's difficult to find out if the team is responding and reading all the conversations. It would be good if we can filter out all conversations that we haven't replied to.

Hi Kim Brink thanks for your enthusiasm! We actually have a separate feature request for marking a conversation as unread that you might find interesting (refer to below link). We haven't looked into that feature yet, but we'll keep you updated on any progress :)

Yes, we use it. Unfortunately due to the high volume of conversations and the messages, some conversations go down the list and they haven't been read yet.
It will be great to have a button (similar to the one that WhatsApp has) that let you filter and focus only on the unread conversations. You could also combine the unread filter with the oldest conversation sorting.

This is crucial, with a great volume of messages it is very hard to keep track of all pending messages to provide a quick response level.
