also super cool if it would have the option to be sent only if there is no answer from the customer. so it would be a scheduled reminder for customers that forget to reply

Scheduled Messages & Sequences

For several use cases like Sales or Coaching it is useful to be able to schedule messages (or voice notes) to be sent at a later time. These are not like broadcasts as each Contact would get a tailored message.
Would also be nice if these messages could be scheduled in a sequence.

This would be very useful!

Hey Ashwin Sadananthan, could you tell me more about this use case? Would it be just an automation that send the message later? How would that differ from just creating an automation rule that says WAIT X time, and then send message?
A
Ashwin Sadananthan
Gerardo Salandra: Sure. here is my use case: I want to send a contact a message during their office hours. So for example; if I sat in Malaysia and my contact is the United States, I would want to send a message at 10pm my local time. This would be based on each individual contact and the time zone they were in.

Ashwin Sadananthan: Interesting so something like this?

Gerardo Salandra: Exactly!
